SLIP INTO SERENE TIME EARLY
Serene is all about relaxation and tranquillity. Give yourself the opportunity to relax and change if required before commencing, by arriving a good 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE..
To ensure our relaxing, tranquil environment, we kindly ask that all guests attend their appointments unaccompanied. Our Spa is thoughtfully designed to offer a Serene, personalised escape – a time just for you.
If you’re staying with us for a while, give yourself complete peace of mind while you’re here, and leave your valuables at home. We’re not responsible for any damage or missing items.

TIMING & DURATION OF TREATMENTS
We make every endeavour to keep treatments to their allotted time, however we advise that timing and order of treatments for packages in particular are approximate.

MOBILE PHONES
We kindly request that you switch off your mobile phone before arriving, for your benefit and as a courtesy to others.

CHILDREN
Please arrange for child care prior to your visit. This is your time to relax and let your pampering journey begin.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Serene gift vouchers can be used for any of the treatments featured in this guide.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations made for a One Hour Treatment will require a $50 deposit or gift voucher number to secure the booking time. Reservations made for more than one hour will be held by a 50% booking fee or gift voucher number.
As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments and 48 hours notice for bookings made on a Monday, Group Bookings and All Day Escape Packages.
Any cancellations after the required time, or any failure to attend an appointment will result in forfeiting your booking fee, or your gift voucher being fully redeemed.

COMFORT, SAFETY & HYGIENE
Serene is committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible. Rest assured your privacy is respected at all times either with towels or for certain treatments, a Serene robe. We observe and maintain the highest of health standards and use only thoroughly sterilised and sanitised equipment.

ATTIRE
Underwear is required for all body treatments. We will provide you with disposable underwear where appropriate.

PAYING FOR YOUR TREATMENT
Serene accepts cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. Afterpay is also available for all services and purchases valued from $150 or more.
