Serene is all about relaxation and tranquillity. Give yourself the opportunity to relax and change if required before commencing, by arriving a good 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Although we provide safety lockers for your convenience, we take no responsibility for loss or damage. If you’re staying with us for a while, give yourself complete peace of mind while you’re here, and leave your valuables at home.
MOBILE PHONES
We kindly request that you switch off your mobile phone before arriving, for your benefit and as a courtesy to others.
CHILDREN
Please arrange for child care prior to your visit. This is your time to relax and let your pampering journey begin.
TIMING & DURATION OF TREATMENTS
We make every endeavour to keep treatments to their allotted time, however we advise that timing and order of treatments for packages in particular are approximate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations for more than one hour will be held by a 50% booking fee or gift voucher number. As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments.
Any cancellations after the required time, or any failure to attend an appointment will result in forfeiting your booking fee, or your gift voucher being fully redeemed.
COMFORT, SAFETY & HYGIENE
Serene is committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible. Rest assured your privacy is respected at all times either with towels or for certain treatments, a Serene robe. We observe and maintain the highest of health standards and use only thoroughly sterilised and sanitised equipment.
ATTIRE
Underwear is required for all body treatments. We will provide you with disposable underwear where appropriate.
PAYING FOR YOUR TREATMENT
Serene accepts cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.
